Hey, y’all! Every morning, my younger sister and I do some bonding and sweating over one of our original themed “pandemHIIT” workouts, like “Tri It Before You Bi It” (alternating triceps and biceps), “Weight, Weight Don’t Tell Me” (strength exercises + trivia), and “All Abs, All ABBA” (aka “Plank You For the Music”). Now, DoSomething members are hosting virtual workouts (theme optional, ABBA optional) for their friends and teammates, and you can too. Ready?

Through the #oneteam challenge, powered by ESPN, the DoSomething community has unleashed the power of sports to make an impact during COVID-19. We’ve made signs of gratitude for the real MVPs (aka our essential workers), used our favorite game-day jams to encourage hand-washing, celebrated our teammates’ impact on and off the field, and made 9,500+ DIY masks in our team colors. Yep, we’re basically a dream team.
This week, for our final challenge, DoSomething members are using our play-by-play guide to host virtual workouts, which is especially crucial for physical and mental health right now. Looking for more inspo? Scroll alllll the way down. Ready to join the challenge? Let’s Do This.
